I know that a photo session is often more than just a few shots — it’s a decision, emotions, and preparations. That’s why I’ve gathered in one place the answers to the questions I hear most often. About style, clothing, weather, and retouching — but also about feeling at ease, trust, and the little details that make everything flow naturally.
Absolutely. You can choose between colour or black-and-white, stronger or softer contrast, more natural or vibrant tones. When selecting your final photos, you're welcome to request specific retouching preferences. If something isn’t technically possible, I’ll let you know honestly.
Yes – I have a few elegant and rustic dresses that work beautifully for both maternity and everyday sessions. The fabrics are stretchy and fit various body shapes. I also have a light, flowy white dress perfect for water photos.
Men and children need to bring their own outfits – I'm happy to help coordinate looks.
Of course! Before the session, I’ll send you practical tips on what to bring and how to prepare. If you'd like, I can also help match the outfit style to the location and time of day.
It depends on the package you choose – most sessions last 1 to 2 hours. 30-minute sessions are available only in the Luzern-Zug-Schwyz region. Need more time? You can extend your session for CHF 80 per additional hour.
Sessions usually include individuals, couples, or families with children. If you’d like to include extended family (e.g. grandparents), just get in touch - I’ll send you a custom quote.
In case of rain, strong wind, or very cold temperatures, we’ll reschedule to the next mutually convenient date.
Cloudy skies usually aren’t a problem, but in the mountains, low-hanging clouds may limit visibility – we’ll decide together.
After the session, you’ll receive an online gallery with lightly edited previews. You’ll then choose the photos for full editing, and I’ll deliver high-resolution files through the same gallery – usually within 1 to 3 weeks of your selection.
Yes – additional fully edited images cost CHF 16 each.I don’t deliver unedited images or RAW files.
To confirm your booking, I ask for a 20% deposit.
The remaining amount is due by bank transfer after you receive the final images.
Sometimes I ask for permission to share selected photos in my portfolio or on social media – but I never publish anything without written consent. Your choice has no effect on the session itself or on the final results.
Yes, in some cases. I occasionally offer discounts for weekday sessions (Monday to Thursday) and during the off-season (January–March).
If you’re flexible with your timing, feel free to contact me - I’ll be happy to make you a personalised offer.
Not as part of my service - I don’t work with a fixed makeup artist or stylist. If you’re looking for professional styling, I can recommend trusted local contacts. Many of my clients choose simple, natural makeup - light, fresh, and perfect for outdoor photos.
Absolutely. I’m used to working with small kids, teens, and pets. I don’t expect perfect posing – sessions are relaxed and natural. For children, I bring a few small ideas to keep them engaged. For pets – it’s important they feel safe and comfortable outdoors. If someone really dislikes being photographed, I won’t force anything. Good energy matters more than stiff smiles.
I don’t have a fixed studio, but I do have mobile studio lighting and backdrops. That means I can create a studio-like setup in your home or office.
It’s a great option for business portraits, branding sessions, or clean professional headshots.
Let me know your needs, and I’ll advise what works best.
Yes – in a natural, lifestyle approach. I don’t pose babies in props or dress them up in costumes. Newborn sessions take place at home or, if the weather allows, outdoors. I focus on real emotions and daily moments - quiet, warm, and sincere.
Do you still have questions – or perhaps… a feeling that this might be the moment?
If, after reading the FAQ, the idea of a session starts to take root in your mind – I invite you to visit the Offer section. There, you’ll find details about various types of sessions: from family and women’s portraits to alpine adventures and wedding reportage. You don’t need to have everything figured out – all it takes is a spark of curiosity and a willingness to explore. The rest? We’ll create it together.
